Provide relevant information. To make better recommendations, we need to ask you to provide detailed information. Some of this information will include personal details. In order to get the tailored results that meet your needs, please answer the questions as openly and honestly as you can. Be reassured however, that we only ask for information that is relevant to getting you the best deal.

You have our assurance that your data is safe, secure and protected: all the data you provide is treated as personal data by Experian, as we believe that maintaining public trust is crucial to the future success of LowerMyBills.

We search the market. Based on the information you provide, we do a thorough search of the market. The search covers companies who have partnered with us and those who have not.

See tailored results. As soon as we've done the search, we'll provide you with tailored results based on your credit banding. In most cases you'll see you results in just a few minutes.

See who our partners are. You'll be able to clearly differentiate who are partners are. We place them at the top of your results list.

View rest of market. We don't exclude the rest of the market. You'll be able to view and compare other providers on the market who'd also be able to offer you a good deal.

Choose a provider from the list. Simply choose the deal that suits you best from the results list provided, and you can then either go direct to the deal on offer or we'll arrange for an expert broker to contact you to discuss your application.

Switch provider. In some instances, you may wish to switch provider, such as energy. You'll be pleased to know that switching energy suppliers is easy, as no plumbing, wiring or meter changes are needed. Your new energy provider will take care of the detail of moving from one supplier to another for you.

Verify your details. Having chosen your deal, all you need to do is verify your details, to ensure you're happy with the deal offered to you.

Process complete. You'll have reduced your bills. Simply enjoy receiving lower bills.
